Directions
1. Clean the area where you will apply the balm. 2. Apply a small amount of the balm to your fingers. 3. Gently rub the balm into the sore muscle or joint in a circular motion until it is fully absorbed. 4. For muscle tension, you can also apply the balm to your temples and gently massage it in. 5. Allow the balm to sit for a few minutes to allow the heat and cool sensation to take effect. 6. Repeat as needed for long-lasting relief.
