Order processing (Processing time)

All orders are processed by 1–5 business days (except weekends and holidays).

Once your order is processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Delivery time (Shipping time)

Delivery time varies depending on your location.

Estimated delivery time is 4–20 business days.

Warning:

The exact delivery time for your location will be displayed upon order completion.
Delays may occur due to customs clearance, carriers, or busy periods.

Delivery Area

We ship throughout the Czech Republic and to selected international destinations. Availability and delivery times are listed at the time of order.

Tracking order

Upon order placement, you will receive a tracking number by email, which you can use to track the shipment in real time.

Cla, taxes and fees

All prices on nutricity.cz include applicable taxes and import duties, if applicable. In most cases, no additional fees will be charged at delivery.

Damaged, lost, or missing shipments

If your order arrives damaged, lost in transit, or is incomplete, we'd be happy to help:

Damaged goods: Contact us within 48 hours of delivery and send clear photos of the product and packaging.
Lost shipment: If tracking shows no updates or the shipment does not arrive within the specified timeframe, contact our support team.
Missing items: You reported missing items within 48 hours of receiving the order.

After verification, we offer free replacement or reshipment without additional charges.

Warning for incorrect address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information. If an incorrect address is provided:

We cannot guarantee delivery or compensation.
If the order has already been shipped, shipping/delivery charges are non-refundable.
